Civil Defence (NSCDC) Training
The management of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps have stated that the NSCDC training exercise for all pre-selected applicants will be held this year, adding that all applicants who saw their names on the NSCDC shortlisted list should attend the Civil Defence physical training. The NSCDC training will last for two (2) weeks.
The purpose of the training is to provide all pre-selected candidates with self-defence training as well as a thorough understanding of how the agency works.

Civil Defence Training Centers 2024
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps training venue will take place at designated locations. All successful candidates are to appear at their various training venues on time. Failure to report at the training center within the stipulated time means you have declined the offer.
The training exercise will be held in selected states of the federation. All candidates are expected to appear at the venue a day before the training date.
The centres include:
- NSCDC Zonal Command Headquarters Kaduna.
- Games Village in Bauchi.
- Federal University Lafia in Nasarawa State.
- NSCDC Training School in Oji River, Enugu State.
- Civil Defence College of Security Management in Abeokuta.
- NABTEB in Benin, Edo State.
Candidates are advised to come with the following to the training camp;
- One White coloured Office Flat File Jacket
- Two Recent Passports Photographs with your name boldly written at the back
- Certificate of Origin
- Educational Qualifications
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
- Duly completed Guarantor’s Form
