How to Check the Nigeria Police Shortlisted Candidates
The list containing the Nigeria Police shortlisted names have been published. The Nigeria Police Force authorities have released the list of selected candidates for the screening exercise which is part of the selection process.
To check if you have been qualified for the screening exercise, follow the procedures below.
- Visit the official NPF shortlisted portal via www.policerecruitment.gov.ng
- Click on Check Status
- Enter your email and password
- Take note of the screening date and the requirements
All applicants are advised to check the Nigeria Police registration portal in order to know if they have been pre-selected for the screening exercise. The NPF shortlisted candidates can be accessed via the official registration portal. You can access the list by following the procedures listed above.
Also, to prove you were the one who fills out the online application form, you are required to bring the following to the NPF training ground:
- Recent Passport Photograph
- National Identity Number (NIN)
- Original and photocopies of Credentials (neatly arranged in two white flat files)
- Duly completed Guarantor’s form
- Writing materials
- Valid means of identification e.g an International Passport, Voters Card, National ID card or Drivers License
- Certificate of Origin and Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Two (2) pairs of white canvas
- Sport wears
- Two (2) pairs of White Shorts
- Two (2) sets of white bed sheet
- Two (2) pairs of white round neck vest
- Two (2) white pillowcases
- Two (2) pairs of white socks
- Broom
- Sport wears
- Cutlery
- Mosquito Net
- Cutlass
- Bucket
Candidates who fail to present the above requirement will not be considered for the screening.
Important Point to Note:
- The Nigeria Police shortlisted candidates will take part in the NPF Aptitude Test and Screening examination. So prepare well in advance
- Check your E-mail for further screening information. Be sure to check it often
- Go to your exam center on time and follow the instructions.
- Don’t attempt to cheat
- Answer all questions.
- Successful candidates will also take part in the Nigeria Police Force training
- Participation in aptitude tests and training is compulsory
- Failure to report at the Training ground within the stipulated time means that you have declined the offer.
