The screening exercise will take place at designated locations. All successful candidates are to appear at their various screening centers with the following;

  • Certificate of state of origin.
  • Original and photocopies of credentials

  • Completed Parent/Guardian Consent Form duly signed.
  • NYSC Discharge / Exemption certificate
