  8. Grade Level 8: This is usually the entry-level for employees with a first degree (BSc, BTech, B.A, etc.) Employees in Grade Level 8 make between N72,000 – N100,000 per month. 
  9. Grade Level 9: The salary range for employees in this grade level is N193,819 to N289,324. This is the starting pay for employees who have a master’s degree.
  10. Grade Level 10: Employees at this grade level earn about NGN 218,180 to N343,220 monthly.
  11. Grade Level 12: Employees at this grade level earn about N263,240 to N379,597 monthly.
  12. Grade Level 13: Employees at this grade level earn about N294,307 to N417,322 monthly
  13. Grade Level 14: Employees at this grade level earn about N325,518 to N457,952.
  14. Grade Level 15: This level is for civil servants in the managerial cadre. Employees at this grade level earn about N360,537 to N502,217.
  15. Grade Level 16: This is the highest rank in Plateau state civil service, their monthly pay is about N399,701 to N579,000.
