What are the steps in the recruitment process?

The Norwegian Refugee recruitment consists of five steps. They include

Generic Responsibilities 

1. Comply with NRC rules, handbooks, regulations, and tools.

2. Help in carrying out the support function portfolio through the action plan

3. Create status reports as needed, per management’s instructions.

4. Ensure that documents are filed correctly.

5. Advocate for and exchange concepts to enhance the assistance role.

General Requirements

Before applying for the Norwegian Refugee Council Recruitment 2024, candidates should ensure they have the basic requirements to be considered eligible for any available position.  Candidates must meet these requirements to qualify for this recruitment.
