Job Title: Plant Supervisor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities
- Efficient stock control management
- Ongoing monitoring of stock levels
- Prevention of wastage or theft through vigilant oversight
- Management of damaged or expired equipment in a designated quarantine area
- Coordination of orders, confirming payments, cylinder filling, and delivery
- Minor maintenance tasks on LPG dispensers
- Optimizing the sales cycle and monitoring restock levels
- Generating purchase orders
- Reporting to the plant manager
- Ensuring accurate pricing of products
- Precise recording of daily wastage and store inventory
- Supervising plant activities
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge, particularly LPG products
- Cultivating a conducive environment for sales growth
- Conducting quality and quantity checks on incoming inventory
- Recording daily inventory at the beginning and end of each shift
- Promptly attending to customers
- Replacing smart cylinders based on data provided by the Customer Fulfillment Analyst (CFA)
Qualifications for RevenStrat Recruitment
