The Npower exit plan packages for former beneficiaries of the N-Power initiative come in various forms. One of the packages is to grant former beneficiaries a huge amount of capital to start businesses of their own and make earns meet.

Another form of exit packages is to employ some as full-time teachers in order to boost the Nigerian Education system.

N-Power Batch A and B beneficiaries will now be able to access permanent job opportunities or business prospects in line with the N-power exit strategy.

The Federal Government has announced that former N-power beneficiaries of the programme can now access job opportunities created for volunteers of the programme, starting with an agent network in partnership with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

This was revealed by the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouq, at the 4th annual review of the Home Grown School Feeding Programme (NHGSFP). The beneficiaries that are eligible are batches A and B of the N-Power programme.

The Federal Governments have made plans for the transition of the N-power Batch A and B through the creation of the NEXIT portal, which would allow those who choose to sign up to access other government empowerment opportunities to do so.

Federal Government Unveil three Jobs Opportunities for exited Npower Volunteers (SANEF, Agric enumerator, GEEP) and will be activated via the NEXIT portal.

200,000 beneficiaries will be engaged as financial services operators under the Shared Agent Network Expansion Facility (SANEF).

Over 30,000 former N-Agro beneficiaries have been enlisted and deployed to local government areas across the country for enumeration of farmers, mapping of farm lands, geospatial experts under the Mass Agric Programme.

Others will have the option of benefiting from the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP), given opportunities to improve or start new businesses under a micro-enterprise initiative.

  3. We know that our government is good but the exit delay is getting longer that we the beneficiaries could’nt understand anymore so i pls urge the governt to do something about the exit plan of the batch A and B.God bless 9ja.
